biography
Hey, this is Vol Deeman. I am a trance music producer and dj from Kyiv (Ukraine). I'm going to share my brief biography with you.
My real name is Volodymyr Dzitsiuk. I was born in May, 27th, 1988.
When i was a kid i used to listen to a huge amount of music. I rose with the Prodigy, the Chemical Brothers, Bomfunk MC's, A-Ha, the Beatles and some ukrainian and russian bands. Music was always the passion.
A pure coincidence got me involved with creation of music. I was 15 and i got some gift cash to buy something. On this day I wanted to buy some game CD but i bought a CD with the software that could make music tracks from ready samples. I was insanely addicted with that stuff. For some time I played with those samples, created mixes, but I realized it was too simple and limited. But a bit later I started working with a professional virtual studio. It helped me create compositions similar to break-beat style. Another one happy accident made me fall in love with trance music. One night i turned on a radio when a dj was playing the track Duran Duran - Ordinary World (Above & Beyond Remix). That was love :) So i began to tune in to dj sets on the radio and dscover trance music to myself. Since then, nothing became more interesting than trance music. So i have been making my first attempts to produce something like that. I started producing uplifting, melodic, progressive and sometimes techy trance.
In 2006 my unreleased remixes on famous tracks were rotated on several radiostations. This brought me an inspiration to go on. The original track 'Veritas' (2007) was the first track held by DJs on broadcasts and compilations - e.g. - Bobina - Russia Goes Clubbing. In 2007 I got my first sign with the track 'Gemini' on Abstraction Records (UA/USA). But that track was never released due to some reasons. In 2008 the remix for Gemini by another one trance music producer Dima Krasnik hit the popular ukrainian compilation 'The Battle of DJs: DJ Anna Lee vs. DJ I.R.A'', released on Virus Records. A bit later in 2008 a collaboration with Dima Krasnik brought a new track called 'Escape From The Earth', released as 12'' vinyl on Redux Recordings (Germany).
In 2009 and 2010 my tracks and remixes had support from the djs around the world - John Askew, Above & Beyond, Paul van Dyk, Aly & Fila, Sean Tyas, Daniel Kandi, Manuel le Saux, Thomas Bronzwaer, Bobina, Jorn van Deynhoven, Dan Stone, Sunny Lax to name a few. Several releases hit the charts on digital stores and private djs' top lists.
I am proud to make trance, i thank everyone who loves my music and i hope to get higher in future.
